Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address once your order has been placed. We usually ship too fast to make changes along the way.

Yes, you can trace your incoming parcel. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number and a link to the website of the relevant carrier (delivery service).

No, it is not mandatory to have an account. However, a 'My OGER' account is really useful for four things:

  • You can track the status of your order
  • Your contact / order details (like address etc.) are filled in automatically when you are on the checkout page
  • You can keep track on your previous orders, favorite brands, sizes etcetera
  • A re-order can be placed easily, just as updating your contact details or seeing you Wish List

  • Having a My OGER account also helps us contact you when something is unclear or incorrect about your order or the delivery of it. A win-win situation!

    So, which size do you have? It's a thing many men ask themselves, so let's have a closer look. OGER offers various types of brands, each with slightly different fits and corresponding measurements. For a number of brands, we know these measurements accurately and you will find a tab with size information on the page of the product you are viewing. Below you can see how this size chart tab (in Dutch it is called; maattabel) looks like.

    Delivery times differ per country. OGER endeavours to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Within The Netherlands, orders will be delivered usually within 1 working day. In some cases, an item needs some extra shipping time. If this occurs, we'll send you a notification.

    Orders from all other countries will be delivered within 3-4 working days.

    Yes, you may return or exchange your purchases if they do not fulfill your requirements. The easiest and safest way to do this, is by submitting your return online and then sending it back to us. You can find all information there, but if you seek help please contact us.

    Yes, you can. If you wish to return your purchases by post, it is vital that you complete and include the digital returns form. You will find a returns sticker on the packing slip, included in your order. This is to be used to send your package back.

    That's very kind of you, but no. It is not necessary to make an appointment before visiting an OGER Store. You are advised, however, to make an appointment in advance if you are to be measured for a fine tailor-made or wedding suit. You can contact the OGER Store of your choice for this purpose.

  • This car park is located in the immediate vicinity of Grote Houtstraat and is open 24 hours a day (ingoing and outgoing), 7 days a week. Parking costs 1.20 euro per 33 minutes. Night/evening rates apply from Monday to Sunday from 19.00 to 08.00 and on shopping evenings from 21.00 to 08.00. Parking then costs a flat rate of 2.60 euro.

    Yes, it is possible to collect your altered clothes from another Store. Please make sure to let us know as soon as possible in which Store you would like to collect your items, preferably when giving the alteration instructions.

    You can, of course, contact the Store at which you purchased your items at a later date. They will then ensure that your clothing is sent to the pickup Store of your choice, altough this option takes more time then the one mentioned above.

    Yes, online ordered items can be altered too. Keep two things in mind:

  • Give us exact alteration instructions
  • Accept the fact that OGER can not refund or exchange your altered items
  • Yes, we have. OGER strives to achieve perfection and that means that your clothes sometimes have to be altered. You can use OGER's tailoring service for this purpose. Please contact the OGER Store where you bought your items from (or the one that you would like to go to) so we can talk about your preferences. Please note; altered items can not be exchanged or returned.

    Your clothes will be altered in one week. If you want to be sure, you can contact your Personal Advisor first and then visit the OGER Store.
