1. How do I find out if my purchases have a warranty?

Naturally, we offer warranty on all your purchases with OGER. The expiration date of this warranty varies for each brand and subsequent product. For in-store purchases please contact the store directly. The contact information is available on the storepage.

For purchases on the OGER online store, please contact the Customer Success Team. This team is ready to help with your purchase and the according warranty period. Damages inflicted after receiving the order are not included in any warranty.

5. Do I receive a warranty card with my order?

The receipt of your purchase is the warranty card. Therefore it is very important that you hold onto it!


6. What should I do if my online-order was damaged on arrival?
