Expected Delivery Time

When placing an order on between Monday till Friday, we’ll dispatch and ship the same day. We’re partnering with UPS for all international shipments.

The expected delivery time for international orders is 2-3 business days. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched and shipped on Monday.

When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email for tracking.

Pick up at store

If you’d like to pick up your order at one of our stores, you’ll receive a notification via email when the order is ready for pick-up.

Simply ask one of our store associates for your order. Please make sure to bring a valid ID or driver’s license. Don’t feel like picking up your order by yourself? Drop us a message stating the name of the person who’s so kind to assist you.

1. Does OGER charge shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout after you selected your shipping country. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders from €600.


2. Can I change the delivery address after I have placed an order?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the delivery address once your order has been placed. We usually ship too fast to make changes along the way.


3. Can I trace my order?

Yes, you can trace your incoming parcel. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number and a link to the website of the relevant carrier (delivery service).


4. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, it's not mandatory to have an account. However, a 'My OGER' account is really useful:

  • You can track the status of your order

  • Your contact / order details (like address etc.) are filled in automatically during checkout

  • You can keep track of your previous orders, favorite brands, sizes etcetera

  • A re-order can be placed easily, just as updating your contact details or seeing you Wish List

Having a My OGER account also helps us contact you when something is unclear or incorrect about your order or the delivery of it. A win-win situation!


5. Within which time period will I receive my order?

Delivery times differ per country. OGER endeavors to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Within The Netherlands, orders will be delivered usually within 1 working day. In some cases, an item needs some extra shipping time. If this occurs, we'll send you a notification.

Orders from all other countries will be delivered within 3-4 working days. Upon checkout, you'll get a quote of the expected delivery date.


6. Why does delivery time suddenly takes longer than presented at the product details?

If the selected product is not available instantly, we’ll have one of our stores get the product for you. This could take up to 3 business days. 


7. Can I get my order delivered at my doorstep or company?

Sure thing! We ship worldwide, partnering with UPS. The delivery time will take up to 2/3 business days, with a maximum of 5 days - varying on shipping locations.
